We help people discover job opportunities — including roles you won't always find on traditional job boards — by hosting hiring events and sharing openings across social media, and by sending free job alerts and employment opportunity updates to people who opt in. We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employer of record. We do not place candidates, we do not make hiring decisions, and we do not charge job seekers. When you find an opportunity you like, you apply directly to the employer through their own application process.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, mainly when you join our job alerts or contact us:
- Contact details — your name and email address (and your mobile number, only if you opt in to text alerts).
- Preferences — your ZIP code/location and the kinds of jobs you're interested in, so we can send relevant alerts.
- Communications — messages you send us and your replies to our alerts.
- Automatic data — device, browser, IP address, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you the free job alerts and employment opportunity updates by email, and by text if you opted in, that you requested;

4. SMS & Mobile Messaging Policy
If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, BrandSquare may send job alerts, employment opportunity updates, hiring event invitations, application reminders, and related career communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our service and as described in this Policy:
- Service providers (subcontractors) — vendors who help us operate, such as our messaging/SMS platform, email delivery, hosting, and customer support, bound by confidentiality and permitted to use the data only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.

- Stop emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email.
