Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BrandSquare website and services (the "Services"), operated by ProCMO LLC. Please read them carefully. By using the Services or joining our job alerts, you agree to these Terms.

The basics:

  • BrandSquare is a job discovery platform.
  • BrandSquare does not guarantee employment.
  • BrandSquare is not a staffing agency.
  • BrandSquare is not an employer (and not a recruiter or employer of record).
  • Job seekers are never charged to use BrandSquare.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Our service

BrandSquare is a free job discovery platform. We help people discover job opportunities through hiring events and social media, and send free job alerts and employment opportunity updates by email and (optionally) text to people who opt in. When you find an opportunity you like, you apply directly to the employer through the employer's own process. BrandSquare is not a staffing agency, recruiter, employer, or employer of record.

3. Free for job seekers

Using BrandSquare and receiving job alerts is free for job seekers. We never charge you to join, to receive alerts, or to apply. (Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages if you opt in.) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Messaging consent

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring job alerts and employment opportunity updates by text as described in our Messaging Terms. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or any purchase. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. No employment guarantee

BrandSquare shares information about opportunities; we do not employ you, do not screen or endorse employers, and do not guarantee employment or that any opportunity is available, accurate, or will result in an interview or offer. Employers are solely responsible for their job openings, application processes, hiring decisions, and compliance with applicable laws. Evaluate any opportunity and employer carefully before applying or sharing personal information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) provide false information or another person's contact details without authorization; (b) use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services; or (e) use the Services to send unsolicited communications.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, branding, logos, and software, are owned by ProCMO LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-party platforms & employer sites

We share opportunities on third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and link to employers' own application sites. Your use of those platforms and sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BrandSquare is not responsible for third-party platforms, employers, or their content, availability, decisions, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AVAILABLE OR RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCMO LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProCMO LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
